খাবারের সঙ্গে আমরা যে অতিরিক্ত সোডিয়াম ও লবন খাই কখনো কখনো তার ফল হলো উচ্চ রক্তচাপ। খেজুরে কোন সোডিয়াম থাকে না বরং ওগুলোতে প্রচুর পরিমানে পটাসিয়াম থাকে যা সোডিয়াম শরীর থেকে বের করে দিতে সাহায্য করে। এজন্য খেজুর রক্তচাপ নিয়ন্ত্রণে এতো ভালো কাজ করে। এজন্য আপনার যদি উচ্চ রক্তচাপের সমস্যা থাকে আর আপনি যদি অধিক প্রাকৃতিক সমাধান খুঁজতে থাকেন তাহলে ফলটির দিকে বেশি মনোযোগ দিন।
দৃষ্টিশক্তি উন্নত করে
পরিপূর্ণ চোখের দৃষ্টিসহ কাউকে খুঁজে পাওয়া কঠিন। কম্পিউটার ও ফোনের স্ক্রিনে কাজ বা পড়ালেখা করার কারণে আমাদের চোখের স্বাস্থ্য আক্রান্ত হয়। সৌভাগ্যবশত অনেকগুলো প্রাকৃতিক এবং স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার আছে যা আমাদের সাহায্য করতে পারে আর খেজুর ওগুলোর মধ্যে অন্যতম। এই ফলটি বেশি মাত্রায় ভিটামিন এ থাকে যা আপনার চোখে যথোপযুক্ত মাত্রার পুষ্টি যোগায়। আর এতে আপনার দৃষ্টিশক্তি শক্তিশালী হয়। সুতরাং দৃষ্টিশক্তি খারাপ হওয়া যদি আপনার সবচেয়ে বড় সমস্যা হয় বা সমস্যাটি যদি সহনযোগ্য মাত্রার হয় তাহলে খেজুর আপনার চোখের অবস্থা অনেক ভালো করতে পারবে।
হাঁড়ের যত্ন নেয়
এটি কোন গোপন বিষয় নয় যে আমরা যতো বৃদ্ধ হই আমাদের হাঁড় ততো ভঙ্গুর হয়ে যায় আর এই সমস্যাগুলো সহজে ভালো হয় না। এতে প্রচন্ড ব্যাথা হয় শরীরে। শরীরে বিকলঙ্গতার সৃষ্টি হওয়াসহ অনেক অপ্রীতিকর ব্যাপার ঘটতে পারে। খেজুরে প্রচুর পরিমানে ফসফরাস, পটাসিয়াম, ক্যালসিয়াম এবং ম্যাগনেসিয়াম আছে। এই খনিজগুলো অস্টিওপেরোসিসসহ হাঁড়ের রোগগুলো ভালো করার ব্যাপারে সুপরিচিত। এজন্য, আপনি যদি আপনার হাঁড়কে অতিরিক্ত কিছু দিতে চান তাহলে খেজুর খাওয়া একটি ভালো কৌশল হিসেবে পরিগণিত হবে।
